Keeley Shree
I've spent 15+ years planning corporate events and incentive programs across Texas. I'm based in Houston, I've planned events in Austin, and I know the city well — its venues, neighborhoods, Hill Country resorts, and the vendors who deliver. I founded SOULESTA® Experiences on a single belief: the best programs come from planners who actually understand your client's world — not just the logistics of it.
As an IATA-accredited travel agent, Austin corporate event planner, and boutique destination management company, I serve as the Austin ground partner for incentive houses, third-party planners, and corporate travel managers who need credible, experienced local execution.
One point of contact. One standard of care. Across every detail of your program.
SOULESTA® was built on a simple standard that has roots — the company is named for my grandmother, Celesta, who taught me that hospitality is a discipline, not a nice to have.
Most DMCs treat accessibility as a checklist item — an ADA box checked during venue sourcing and forgotten. I approach it differently. I plan for accessibility, dietary routing, mobility logistics, medical considerations, and participant pacing from the first draft of every itinerary, because I know from personal experience that these details are not small ones. Enterprise clients, out-of-state agencies, and international incentive houses frequently have executives, VIP speakers, or delegates who require specific accommodations — and those clients want a ground operator who already knows what to ask for, not one they have to educate mid-program. That operational standard is built into everything I do, at no additional cost to your program.
Spanish-speaking SOULESTA® team members and tour guides are available for your Austin program and any Texas Tour — for international delegations, bilingual groups, and guests who are more comfortable in Spanish. Each is briefed on your program and held to the same standard of care.

Start in Austin.
See All of Texas.
Many of the requests we receive are for Texas Tours — programs that begin in Austin and continue through the Hill Country, San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas. I'm based in Houston and work as an Austin incoming tour operator and Texas DMC ground partner across the state, so one point of contact covers the full route: domestic flights, motor coach and private transfers between cities, hotel blocks, and programming at every stop.
Austin & the Hill Country
Live music on Sixth Street and Red River, Lake Travis, the State Capitol, then a Hill Country day of winery tastings, ranch evenings, and horseback riding.
San Antonio

Houston
NASA Space Center Houston, world-class dining, and the Museum District. See our Houston DMC.
Dallas
The Dallas Arts District, the Sixth Floor Museum, and departures via DFW or DAL.
Sample routing. Every Texas Tour is built around your dates, group size, and objectives.

Inbound delegations from overseas agencies, incentive houses and government trade programs — routing, arrival protocol and documentation handled.
From RFP to Wheels Up
Accessibility & Inclusive Logistics —
Built In, Not Bolted On
Enterprise brands and out-of-state agencies increasingly need an Austin DMC who can handle the full complexity of their group — including executives and VIP attendees who require specific accommodations that a generic ground operator isn't equipped to plan for. That's a capability gap in this market. It's not one we have.
Mobility & Transport Logistics
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles, medical equipment transport, reduced-walking routing between venues, and pickup logistics that account for mobility requirements — built into the ground transportation plan from day one, not arranged the morning of.
Dietary & Medical Accommodations
Allergen management, medically-required dietary protocols, coordination with catering teams on cross-contamination, and advance communication with restaurants and venues — handled with the same precision as every other program detail. No delegate should have to explain their needs twice.
ADA & Venue Accessibility Review
Every venue we source is reviewed for ADA compliance as part of the standard site assessment — entrance access, restroom facilities, elevator availability, stage access, seating configurations, and sightlines. If a venue has limitations, you'll know before the contract is signed, not after your client arrives.
Schedule Pacing & Participant Wellbeing
Itineraries that look manageable on paper can be genuinely exhausting in practice — especially for multi-day programs with early departures, outdoor elements, or climate exposure. We build rest, hydration, and recovery time into program schedules as a planning standard. Groups perform better. VIPs arrive presentable. Clients notice.
This is not a specialty service tier or an add-on. It is how we plan every program — because the clients who need it most are often the ones least likely to ask.
Built for the Trade
Beyond Logistics —
Participant Experience Programming
The best incentive programs and multi-day corporate events don't just move people from venue to venue. They take care of them along the way. We curate a portfolio of participant experience add-ons — movement sessions, recovery activations, spa services, and team connection programming — that can be built into any program we manage. All delivered under the SOULESTA® Experiences standard. All optional. All designed to make your group feel like the program was built specifically for them.
Wellness Activation Packages
Half-day or full-day conference wellness integration — movement sessions timed between general sessions, recovery stations on the event floor, and intentional programming that keeps attendees present and energized rather than depleted by day two. Delivered by vetted local partners and available in all 7 states we serve.
Sunrise Activation & Connection
Start the day right — guided morning movement, breathwork, and a breakfast experience designed to build connection between attendees before the business day begins. Particularly effective for leadership retreats, incentive kickoff mornings, and multi-day programs where group cohesion matters.
Recovery Lounge Experiences
Assisted recovery stations, soft tissue tools, guided stretch, and quiet recharge space built into your event footprint. Ideal for day two or three of a multi-day program when energy typically drops. Delegates recover faster and perform better in afternoon sessions.
Team Connection Programming
Shared experience programming — movement-based team activities, group challenges, and facilitated connection sessions — that build the trust and collaboration your organization is actually trying to create. Designed around your group's culture, not a generic team-building template.
On-Site Spa & Treatment Services
Chair massage, hand treatments, skincare consultations, and personal care services brought directly to your event venue or hotel. Available for VIP programming, executive hospitality, and attendee appreciation activations. Sourced from vetted Austin-area spa partners.
Corporate 5K & Community Run
High-energy group run or walk experiences that create shared accomplishment and community — ideal for conferences with a wellness or culture theme, employee appreciation programs, and CSR activations. Managed end-to-end including route logistics, timing, and post-event recovery.
These experiences are curated and white-labeled under SOULESTA® Experiences in partnership with vetted local providers — including Austin-area spa partners and specialist wellness activation companies. You receive one point of contact, one invoice, and one quality standard across every element of your program.
Ask about participant experience programming in your RFP or inquiry — we'll include available options in your proposal.
