Keeley Shree
For more than 15 years I have run corporate events and incentive travel throughout Texas. My home base is Houston, and North Texas is familiar ground: downtown Dallas and Uptown hotels, the convention district, Fort Worth's Stockyards and Sundance Square, and the suburban corridors where so many corporate headquarters sit. I started SOULESTA® Experiences because the best programs come from planners who pay as much attention to the guests as to the timeline.
Clients bring me in as a Dallas corporate event planner, a North Texas incoming tour operator, and an IATA-accredited travel agent, often all three on one program. Incentive houses, independent planners, and in-house travel managers use SOULESTA® as their DFW ground partner when the client relationship is theirs and the execution carries their name.
Your team speaks with me on the first call, and I am still the person you speak with on departure day.
SOULESTA® is named for my grandmother, Celesta, who believed hospitality should be done with care every single time. We still hold ourselves to her standard.
Too often, accessibility is handled as one line on a venue checklist. I build it into the itinerary from the start, working through mobility, dietary restrictions, medical needs, and the rhythm of each day before a single contract goes out. I have lived with these concerns myself, so I know what tends to get missed. Many agency and corporate groups include leaders, presenters, or guests with particular requirements, and a good ground partner should already know which questions to raise. Every Dallas and Fort Worth program we run includes this planning at no added cost.
Spanish is spoken across much of North Texas, and our bilingual SOULESTA® team members and tour guides are available for international delegations and mixed-language groups, whether the day is a Dallas Arts District walk or an afternoon in the Stockyards. Each guide is fully briefed on your program and held to the same service standard as everyone on our team.

North Texas Flavor,
Brought to Your Event
Our signature station lets guests watch their own leather keychains branded by hand while barbecue comes off the grill nearby. For DFW groups we pair it with cowboy hat bars, guided horseback rides, and western evenings that take their cue from Fort Worth's cattle-town history.
Turnkey DFW Group Logistics, Corporate Events & Airport Transportation
One planner with 15+ years of Texas event experience manages every piece, from the opening site inspection to the final airport run, supported by vendors we have vetted in Dallas, Fort Worth, and the surrounding cities.
Venue Sourcing & Management
Venue searches, walkthroughs, contract negotiation, and food and beverage planning across the Metroplex: downtown Dallas and Uptown, Las Colinas, Grapevine and Frisco resorts, Fort Worth's Cultural District, and Stockyards event halls.
Ground Transportation
DFW airport group transfers and shuttles from both DFW International and Dallas Love Field (DAL), plus Dallas motorcoach charter and event logistics between hotels, venues, and Fort Worth outings.
Hotel Block Management
Negotiated room blocks, rooming lists, and attrition tracking with downtown Dallas convention hotels, Fort Worth properties, and resort hotels near the airport.
Group Activity Programming
Fort Worth Stockyards group tours and rodeo access, Dallas Arts District evenings, private dinners, sports-venue hospitality, and Texas-themed activations matched to your group.
On-Site Program Management
I direct the program from first arrival to last departure, with vetted North Texas staff on the ground where needed. That includes Dallas conference ground handling at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center and support for meetings at the Fort Worth Convention Center.
Texas Tour Routing
Multi-city routes that connect Dallas and Fort Worth with Austin, San Antonio, and Houston, booked as one itinerary covering flights, hotels, ground transport, and programming.
Your Group’s Own App,
Included
Every group gets its own branded app, built around the itinerary and included in the program fee. Attendees install it before they fly, and clients often say it is the detail their guests talk about afterward.

Local Ground Operations for Dallas Conferences & Fort Worth Stockyards Experiences
Two downtowns, a major international airport between them, and venues for every size of program. We know how to move groups across the Metroplex without losing time on the road.
Two Cities, One Program
Dallas offers polished downtown and Uptown venues, and Fort Worth adds western heritage and the Cultural District. About 45 minutes apart, the two combine easily in one itinerary.
Room to Scale
Boutique hotels, downtown convention hotels, and resort conference centers in Grapevine, Irving, and Frisco can host anything from a 20-person board retreat to a multi-thousand-attendee conference.
Two Airports, Global Reach
DFW International sits between the two downtowns and is American Airlines' largest hub, with nonstop flights worldwide. Dallas Love Field adds domestic service minutes from downtown Dallas.
A Headquarters Market
Financial services, technology, energy, aviation, and healthcare companies headquartered across North Texas make DFW a natural home for sales meetings, incentives, and association events.

Ready for International Arrivals
As a North Texas incoming tour operator, we support overseas agencies, incentive houses, and trade delegations landing at DFW International with routing, meet-and-greet protocol, and travel documentation.
How a DFW Program Comes Together
Inclusive Planning,
Built In From Day One
Corporate groups coming to Dallas and Fort Worth regularly include leaders, speakers, and attendees with access or health needs that a standard ground operator may overlook. We plan around those needs from the first itinerary.
Mobility & Transport Logistics
ADA-compliant motorcoaches, space for medical devices, step-free routes between convention halls and hotels, and drop-off points chosen for limited mobility, all confirmed in the transport plan in advance.
Dietary & Medical Accommodations
We track allergens and medical diets, confirm cross-contact protocols with each caterer, and send notes ahead to every restaurant. Guests tell us once, and every kitchen is prepared before they sit down.
ADA & Venue Accessibility Review
During site visits we review entrances, elevators, restrooms, stages, seating, and sightlines, including at historic Stockyards buildings and older event halls. You hear about any gaps before anything is signed.
Schedule Pacing & Participant Wellbeing
North Texas summers are hot, and long days split across two cities add up. We schedule rest, shade, water, and downtime so guests still have energy on the last night.
There is no premium package for this. It is standard in every program, because the guests who need it most rarely ask.
Partners We Support
Guest Wellbeing &
Experience Add-Ons
Logistics bring a group to the right place at the right time. These optional add-ons make guests feel cared for once they arrive: movement sessions, recovery spaces, spa treatments, and team programming, each delivered to the SOULESTA® Experiences standard.
Wellness Activation Packages
Half-day or full-day wellness woven into the conference schedule, with movement breaks between keynotes, recovery stations near the expo floor, and sessions that sustain energy over multiple days. Delivered by vetted partners in each of the 7 states we serve.
Sunrise Activation & Connection
Gentle movement and guided breathing to open the day, then a group breakfast where attendees connect before sessions start. A strong fit for leadership offsites and incentive program openers.
Recovery Lounge Experiences
Assisted stretching, recovery stations, massage tools, and a calm space to reset, set up inside your event area. Especially valuable on day two or three of a long program.
Team Connection Programming
Facilitated challenges and group sessions that strengthen trust and collaboration, each designed around your company's culture and objectives.
On-Site Spa & Treatment Services
Chair massage, hand treatments, and skincare services brought to your hotel or venue for VIP hospitality or attendee appreciation, provided by vetted DFW-area spa partners.
Corporate 5K & Community Run
A shared run or walk, such as a loop around White Rock Lake or along the Trinity Trails in Fort Worth, that gives the group a common accomplishment. Well suited to wellness conferences, employee appreciation, and CSR events, with route, timing, and recovery arranged by us.
Each add-on is delivered under the SOULESTA® Experiences name by vetted local providers, including DFW-area spa and wellness specialists. You keep a single contact, a single invoice, and a consistent standard.
