Keeley Shree
I've spent 15+ years planning corporate events and incentive programs across Texas. I'm based in Houston, and I've visited San Antonio and the Hill Country several times — I know the River Walk, the neighborhoods, the Hill Country towns, and what makes them work for groups. SOULESTA® Experiences exists because I believe a program succeeds when its planner understands the people in it, not only the schedule they follow.
As an IATA-accredited travel agent, San Antonio corporate event planner, and boutique destination management company, I work as the San Antonio and Hill Country ground partner for incentive houses, independent planners, and corporate travel teams who want local execution they can put their name behind.
You brief one person, and that person stays with your program through every detail.
The name SOULESTA® comes from my grandmother, Celesta. She treated hospitality as a practice to be done properly every time, and that is the standard the company keeps.
Accessibility often gets reduced to a single ADA question during venue sourcing. In my planning it starts with the first itinerary draft: mobility, dietary needs, medical considerations, and the pace of each day are worked out before anything is booked. I know from personal experience how much these details matter. Agencies and enterprise clients regularly bring executives, speakers, or delegates who need specific accommodations, and they should not have to coach their ground partner on what to ask. This is part of every San Antonio and Hill Country program I run, and it carries no extra fee.
In a city where Spanish is spoken widely, our Spanish-speaking SOULESTA® team members and tour guides help international delegations and bilingual groups feel at home, from River Walk evenings to Mission tours. Every guide receives a full program briefing and works to the same standard as the rest of the team.

Industry Fit
San Antonio’s healthcare and bioscience, financial services, military, and hospitality communities make it a natural choice for conventions, incentives, and association meetings.

Start in San Antonio.
See All of Texas.
Texas Tours are among our most frequent requests — programs that begin in San Antonio and continue through the Hill Country, Austin, and Houston. I'm based in Houston and work as a Fredericksburg & Hill Country tour operator and Texas DMC ground partner across the state, so a single contact handles the whole route: domestic flights, motor coach and private transfers, hotel blocks, and programming in every city. Extending north? See our Dallas–Fort Worth DMC.
San Antonio
River Walk dining and barge cruises, the Alamo, the San Antonio Missions, and the Pearl.
Fredericksburg & the Hill Country
Winery tastings, historic Main Street in Fredericksburg, ranch evenings, and horseback riding.
Austin
Live music on Sixth Street and Red River, Lake Travis, and the State Capitol. See our Austin DMC.
Houston
NASA Space Center Houston, world-class dining, the Museum District, and departures via IAH or HOU. See our Houston DMC.
An example route only. We design each Texas Tour around your dates, group size, and goals.
A Single Brief for Every City
I manage the full route myself, so your team explains the program once instead of repeating it at each stop.
Local Knowledge at Each Stop
In each city, partners I have vetted work from my brief, giving your group someone who knows the area wherever the route goes.
Built for Inbound Groups
Overseas agencies, incentive houses, and trade delegations arriving through SAT get routing, arrival protocol, and documentation support.
From First Brief to Final Departure
Inclusive Logistics,
Planned From the First Draft
Groups arriving in San Antonio often include executives, speakers, and guests with specific access or health needs. A general ground operator may not plan for them in advance. As a San Antonio DMC, we treat those needs as part of the core plan from the start.
Mobility & Transport Logistics
Wheelchair-accessible coaches, transport for medical equipment, shorter walking routes between River Walk venues, and pickup points chosen with mobility in mind, all set in the transportation plan well before arrival.
Dietary & Medical Accommodations
Allergen tracking, medically required diets, cross-contact precautions with caterers, and advance notes to every restaurant and venue. Guests share their needs once, and we make sure each kitchen already knows.
ADA & Venue Accessibility Review
Our site visits check entrances, restrooms, elevators, stage access, seating, and sightlines at every venue, which matters in a city with historic buildings and multi-level riverside spaces. Any limitation is flagged to you before contracts are signed.
Schedule Pacing & Participant Wellbeing
South Texas heat, early departures, and long Hill Country days can wear a group down faster than the schedule suggests. We plan in rest, shade, hydration, and recovery time so guests stay comfortable and engaged through the final evening.
We do not sell this as a separate tier. It is simply how we plan, because the guests who most need these details are often the least likely to raise them.
Partners We Support
Guest Wellbeing &
Experience Add-Ons
Good logistics get a group where it needs to be. The add-ons below help guests feel looked after once they are there. Choose from movement sessions, recovery spaces, spa services, and team connection programming, each optional and each delivered to the SOULESTA® Experiences standard so the program feels made for your group.
Wellness Activation Packages
Half- or full-day wellness built into your convention agenda: short movement breaks between general sessions, recovery stations on the show floor, and programming that keeps energy up through day two and beyond. Run by vetted partners in all 7 states we serve.
Sunrise Activation & Connection
A guided morning of light movement and breathwork, followed by a shared breakfast that gets attendees talking before the agenda begins. Well suited to Hill Country leadership retreats and incentive kickoffs.
Recovery Lounge Experiences
Guided stretching, assisted recovery stations, soft-tissue tools, and a quiet space to recharge, placed within your event footprint. Most useful on the second or third day, when attendee energy usually dips.
Team Connection Programming
Active team challenges and facilitated group sessions designed to build trust and working relationships. Each one is shaped around your organization's culture and goals.
On-Site Spa & Treatment Services
Chair massage, hand treatments, skincare consultations, and other personal care brought to your venue or hotel, for VIP hospitality or attendee appreciation. Provided by vetted San Antonio-area spa partners.
Corporate 5K & Community Run
A group run or walk, such as a route along the River Walk or Mission Reach, that gives attendees a shared win. A good fit for wellness-themed conventions, employee appreciation, and CSR programs, with route, timing, and recovery handled for you.
We deliver these add-ons under the SOULESTA® Experiences name with vetted local providers, including San Antonio-area spa partners and wellness activation specialists. You still have one contact, one invoice, and one standard of quality.
Mention any of these add-ons in your RFP and we will price the options in your proposal.
