I'm a Houston native, and I've spent 15+ years planning corporate events and incentive programs in the city I grew up in, across its oil & gas, energy, healthcare, and professional services communities. SOULESTA® was built on a simple standard that has roots — the company is named for my grandmother, Celesta, who taught me that hospitality is a discipline, not a nice to have.
Most DMCs treat accessibility as a checklist item — an ADA box checked during venue sourcing and forgotten. I approach it differently. I plan for accessibility, dietary routing, mobility logistics, medical considerations, and participant pacing from the first draft of every itinerary, because I know from personal experience that these details are not small ones. Enterprise clients, out-of-state agencies, and international incentive houses frequently have executives, VIP speakers, or delegates who require specific accommodations — and those clients want a ground operator who already knows what to ask for, not one they have to educate mid-program. That operational standard is built into everything I do, at no additional cost to your program.

Each spring Houston hosts one of the largest livestock shows and rodeos in the world, and our activations carry that western spirit into any program.
