At SOULESTA Creative, as a Houston corporate event planner, we believe corporate events should tell a brand’s story in a way that guests can see, touch, taste, and feel. We were thrilled to partner with our repeat client, ARTAVIA, a visionary community developer,
for the third consecutive year to design a vibrant springtime Realtor event. The goal: spotlight their 4 newest ART Collection model homes while immersing guests in an experience that reflects their brand identity as a community that values art, creativity, and vibrant living.
By meticulously integrating ARTAVIA's brand identity into every detail, we created a seamless and engaging experience that attracted top realtors and showcased the unique character of the community. From branded photo ops to custom-designed experiences, here's a look at how we brought ARTAVIA’s vision to life.
A Branded Experience, Home by Home
Branded Experience 1: The Instagram-Worthy Welcome
Our first model home served as the perfect introduction to the ARTAVIA brand experience. The garage featured a stunning large-scale mural of the community's logo, framed by a colorful balloon installation designed and executed by
Beyond the Celebration.
This wasn't just decoration—it was strategic photo marketing, creating an irresistible backdrop that encouraged social media sharing.
Branded Experience 2: Interactive & Memorable Takeaways
The patio highlight was a
"Build Your Own Bouquet Bar" by
Stem Studio. This interactive element was a huge hit, giving guests a beautiful and branded takeaway featuring:
- Fresh flower selections color-coordinated to ARTAVIA's brand palette
- Custom-branded wrapping station with ARTAVIA logo
- Personalized flower picks with ARTAVIA branding on one side and realtor incentives on the reverse
This experience served multiple
corporate objectives:
- It created a memorable takeaway
- Reinforced brand colors throughout the space
- Provided tangible marketing materials for realtors to remember the community

In the second home, a friendly
Easter Bunny from
Dreamland Entertainment character greeted guests, creating a fun and whimsical atmosphere embracing the spring season. Realtors took photos with the bunny in front of a custom photo backdrop prominently featuring the ARTAVIA community's logo, creating
shareable branded content.

Branded Experience 4: A Taste of the Community
Home 3 strategically highlighted one of ARTAVIA’s key selling points—their onsite resident cafe,
Palate Cafe. The indoor
lemonade bar featured:
- Four signature spring flavors: Honey Scented, Cucumber Mint, Cotton Candy, and Pineapple Mango
- Custom-branded service bar provided by
ReImagine Rentals
- Lemon-print umbrella adding playful design elements while maintaining brand cohesion also provided by

This experience brilliantly showcased a community amenity while providing refreshment, demonstrating how residents would enjoy convenient, quality dining options right at home.
Branded Experience 5: Sweet Endings & Lasting Impressions
The final model home featured an outdoor
ice cream bar from
The Local Cart Co., complete with:
- Variety of ice cream flavors and toppings
- Cheerful, yellow fringe umbrella creating Instagram-worthy moments
Prominent ARTAVIA logo placement on the stand and with a logoed pick included in each ice cream cup ensuring
a final, memorable brand touchpoint in photos
Corporate Event Transportation & Logistics
Understanding that realtor time is valuable, we arranged climate-controlled shuttle transportation by
Sam's Limousines between all four model homes. This thoughtful touch ensured guests remained comfortable in the spring heat while maximizing their time exploring each unique experience.
