Not all of our clients have specific accessibility needs.
Can I work with SOULESTA® if I want to use my miles or points?
Yes! While we cannot access your loyalty accounts, we charge a flat planning fee for researching and building the optimal itinerary for you to utilize your existing miles/points/rewards.
This ensures you maximize your rewards for the best trip where we:
- Review your miles/points balances
- Strategize the best way to use them
- Provide booking links and step-by-step guidance
Will my trip be a cheaper price booking through SOULESTA®?
Not necessarily—and that’s intentional. While we may sometimes uncover special rates, our primary value is based on overall experience, not just cost. The cheapest option is not always the best one—and we take pride in designing trips that feel worth every dollar invested. Our value lies in:

Can you book only part of my trip?
Absolutely. We can assist with full itineraries or individual components such as hotels, cruises, activities, or transportation.
